For the automotive industries, Bond-Laminates offers TEPEX® dynalite and flowcore materials on the base of cost-effective roving glass with a matrix of PA6 or PP.
Thanks to the integrated continuous fibres the material obtains a high stiffness and a very high strength. It also offers better crash absorption properties than shown in steel or long fibre reinforced plastics.
The thermoplastic matrix enables back- or insert molding whereby extremely light applications with a high degree of design freedom can be manufactured in a very short cycle time.
These low cycle times benefit the production of high quantities for the automotive industry.
