TEPEX® anti-ballistic 300 is a material that has been optimised to provide protection against bullets and shrapnel. Itcan be formed in the same way as all other TEPEX® materials and brings the customer significant cost benefits. It can be supplied with various reinforcing fabrics on an aramid basis. The weight of the protective solution for a specific typeof projectile is optimised when selecting the reinforcements. There are solutions for helmets, and also for vehicle armourplating. The forming temperature is approx. 240°C-280°C. .
