TEPEX®
flowcore xx2 is a material that consists of 30-50 mm long glass fibres bound
in a PA6 material. The material is suitable for the flow-moulding method.
It exhibits 2 to 3 times the flexural properties of standard GMT/PP materials
and possesses excellent thermal properties up to 120 °C thanks to the
use of engineering plastics. It is available in black, with a fibre volume
of 22% or 35%. The forming temperature is approx. 240° C-280° C.
